HOUSE IN DURBAN
House Renovation in Durban was done in 2016. The client requested something modern which used more of the ERF space available to build.
SOUTH AFRICAN EMBASSY
South African Embassy Residence renovation was done in 2017. The structure that was previously installed had many flaws that could have cost the client a lot of money if it was not attended to as soon as we did.
OMEGA FIRE MINISTRY
OMEGA FIRE MINISTRY church was built in 2017, in Johannesburg. We have presented the 3D models and our client was very happy to start immediately. We have delivered as promised.
SHOPPING MALL CONCEPT
In 2021, we conceived this 3D realisation for a client who wanted to build a shopping mall in Goma, DRC. All the plans were approved as well.
TRAINING CENTRE
This training centre was probably one of the most interesting projects we have worked on. The challenges were different from our usual projects. This was done for Bukavu in 2021.
SELTON HOTEL
The Selton Hotel was conceived in 2020 for our client in Bukavu. The plan has been approved and we are awaiting the green light from the client for construction.
